All Items are non refundable unless faulty due to the items being personalised. Please ensure all spelling is correct at the time of placing the order and please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order should you spot an error. All details will be taken as provided.
If the item is faulty please contact us as soon as the item is delivered and send pictures of the item so we can arrange to resolve the issue as soon as we can.
