THE COUNSELLING FOUNDATION

As someone who has suffered from ill mental health and found counselling as a great source of treatment, I really believe that counselling should be available to everyone that needs or wants it. Counselling can be expensive making it less available to those that really would benefit. I wanted to support something close to my heart with this business. Knowing The Counselling Foundation is doing amazing work but relies on charitable donations, I decided that this would be a great opportunity to help others that may benefit from talking therapy.  Counselling is not just for mental health but life changes, the loss of a loved one, relationship issues, dealing with past trauma, etc.

A lot of us struggle to find someone to talk to that won't judge us or put their opinion on us, counselling can help.  It is a great place where you can be totally open with no fear, something most of us could benefit from at some point in our lives to keep moving forward and have better mental health.

20% of the profits from each item from "The Bee Collection" will be donated to the charity. So not only is it bespoke positive slogan clothing, organic and sustainable but it is donating to charity too! Really feel-good clothing.

How the money is used?

The Counselling Foundation is a charity and uses any donations they receive to help fund clients who are unemployed or on low incomes to access affordable and quality counselling.

About The Counselling Foundation

The Counselling Foundation is a leading charity that has provided counselling and counselling training for better mental health in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire for over forty years.  They also offer their services across the UK virtually.

The Counselling Foundation's charitable mission enables people on low incomes to have access to affordable, long-term counselling which is not widely available elsewhere in the two counties. The counselling training service promotes personal development and growth whilst supporting communities through the provision of further qualified counsellors providing talking therapy.

They have 150 staff members and counsellors delivering over 30,000 counselling sessions a year in order to enhance the wellbeing of our communities. They strive to get people the help they need regardless of income and aim to stamp out the stigma surrounding mental health.
