SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please note all items are hand printed to order and take up to 10 working days to create, if your item is urgent, please email us prior to ordering. If we are able to print your item in that time, we will aim to get your item ready for you in time.
During busy periods the delay may be longer. There will be a notification on the website to notify you of the timeframe.
We cannot take responsibility for delays once the item is posted due to RoyalMail.
Postage to the UK:
up to £17 - £3.00
£18-£65 - £4.50
£66+ - Free
All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for; a tracking number will be included on your dispatch email for tracking purposes. Your item should be delivered between 2 to 5 days after the dispatch notice email, if you do not receive your item after this time, please track using the tracking info, sometimes items have had an attempted delivery but a card is not left, items are only held for 14 days before being sent back to send.
Larger/Heavier orders will be sent via courier.
When your order is ready you will receive an email telling you to contact me to arrange collection.
All collections are contactless from St Albans (AL1) I will leave them in a safe dry place for you to collect.
You must contact me to arrange a day for the item to be collected. Your item will have your name on it. Please ensure you take only your items.
Return & Exchange Policy
Personalised & customised items where designs have been amended as per customer choice and are non-returnable/non-refundable. Postage is not refunded.
Sale items are non-returnable & non-refundable.

You will be responsible for getting the item back to us and no exchanges will happen until the item is received. We advise you return the item by RM signed for to ensure it is tracked.
Orders can be cancelled/amended within 48 hours if we have not started work on your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number and mark it as important.
If you are exchanging - you are responsible for the postage for the exchange back to yourself, this can be paid to us via PayPal
Exchanges items are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in the condition in which it was received. This must be agreed upon with us prior to the item being returned. Items must not smell of perfume or food or similar, any items returned in this way will be returned to the customer.
